The 社区 Outreach Division works as a liaison among community residents, 县项目, and other health or human service providers. To build relationships within neighborhoods and de-centralize service delivery, the department utilizes seven 社区 Resource Centers, CRCs throughout rural communities.

The Division is responsible for county-wide outreach activities by networking, planning and community organizing in neighborhoods and rural communities, forming community coalitions to identify and address unmet health and human service needs. Outreach revolves around monthly planning meetings called “Convivio” or 聚会, during which county staff and residents communicate, identifying needs for education, services or resources.

Staff deliver services by developing and maintaining collaborative partnerships with local providers, hosting service providers and offering timely, 所需资源. This is a true collaboration that benefits rural residents and supports the County's mission.

Established by the Doña安娜县 Board of 委员 in 2003, this Division provides the mechanism to reach residents of rural communities or 科洛涅阿斯.
